1. Service area

We despatch HSN 1209 sowing packets to courier-serviceable PIN codes across India from our Burdwan desk. Unreachable PINs are blocked or flagged before payment.

2. Packing standard

  • Foil moisture-barrier sachets sized for retail sowing lots.
  • Cartons labelled for last-mile handling.
  • Extra cushioning may be added on hot-weather lanes in peak summer.

3. Processing lead time

Orders confirmed before 13:00 IST on working days usually leave the floor within one to two working days. Festival peaks can add one extra processing day. Desk hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM.

4. Shipping fees

Standard prepaid shipping is free on serviceable PINs unless a remote surcharge applies. COD includes the ₹49 handling fee shown on checkout before confirmation.

5. Delivery attempts

Partners typically attempt delivery twice. Ongoing buyer unavailability may require paid re-dispatch for moisture-sensitive goods.
