Techstop Seeds collects only what is needed to run accounts, fulfil seed orders, prevent abuse, and answer support requests. We do not sell or rent customer lists to advertisers.

2. Categories of data

  • Account: name, email, hashed password, and verification status.
  • Fulfilment: shipping address, phone (if provided), cart lines, payment mode, and order IDs.
  • Support: messages and files sent through Contact, Help, or Find my order.
  • Security signals: session tokens, approximate IP, and browser hints used to detect fraud.

3. How we use data

  • Authenticate sessions and block abusive registrations.
  • Pick, pack, and hand parcels to logistics partners.
  • Send transactional notices about payment, dispatch, and delivery.
  • Meet bookkeeping and statutory record duties in India.

4. Retention

Order records are kept for the commercial and tax retention window that applies in India. If optional marketing consent is collected later, it can be withdrawn by emailing support@techstopseeds.com.

5. Access & correction

Registered buyers may request a copy, a correction, or deletion of personal data, subject to records the law requires us to keep. Write from the email on the account to support@techstopseeds.com.

6. Safeguards

Passwords are stored with one-way hashing. Card vaulting, if used, sits with certified payment processors — full card numbers are not kept on our application servers.
