1. Before packing

Request cancellation through Find my order while the order is still in the intake or packing queue. Approved pre-despatch cancels refund to the original payment method.

2. After the label prints

Once a shipping label exists, cancellation is usually closed. You may refuse the parcel at delivery; return logistics and any spoilage risk can reduce the refundable amount.

3. COD refusals

Repeated COD refusals without a documented reason may pause COD on the account while prepaid checkout remains available.

4. Refund timing

We start approved refunds within 5–7 working days; UPI or bank posting times depend on the receiving institution.
